Please refer to measuring diagrams to confirm the measurements on this unit.  It is very common for windows to look very similar between RVs, even though the sizes are different (i.e. multiple variations of the same shape are out there).  We ask to measure to the points on the window diagram and confirm against the size diagram.  

 

Up to 1/8" difference between your measurements and diagram measurements are within tolerance.  Measurements can vary on your RV window based on conditions of the window components (i.e. gasket, vent track, tightness of screws holding the window extrusions together, ect) 1/16" or 1/8" variations are nothing to worry about. 

 

Custom Fabrication and Pre-Fabricated Items:

Due to the nature of our custom fabrication and pre-fabricated products, we are unable to offer returns or refunds on these items once the order has been placed or the fabrication process has begun. Please ensure that you have carefully reviewed your order before submitting it.

 

Sundries:

We strive to provide high-quality sundries. However, we understand that sometimes things may not work out as planned. Here’s our policy for sundries:

Returns:

• Timeframe: You may return sundries within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy criteria.

• If the item(s) are eligible for a refund, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

• Shipping Errors: If you received an incorrect or damaged item due to our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
